At zahatee.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a comprehensive 30-day return and exchange policy designed to ensure your comfort and confidence when shopping with us. To take advantage of this policy, please review the conditions outlined below.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Returns and exchanges must be authorized, and items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

2. Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days after received your original order and must include photos of the item, as well as your request for a replacement or exchange.

3. Only defective shirts, poor-quality prints, incorrect items, or items damaged in transit are eligible for replacement. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not have been resized or altered in any way.

4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.

5. Any promotional gifts received with the original order must be included with the returned items. If these gifts are not included, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

6. Returns will be processed within 5 days of receipt and will be issued to the original payment account. Refunds cannot be transferred to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Non-Refundable Items

1. Personalized items or items that do not fit are non-refundable.

2. Items without tags or that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

3. Items that were worn or sent to you as a replacement or exchange are not refundable.

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 5 days of receipt and the refund will be credited to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be credited to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Note: For customers who received free shipping, the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

In the following circumstances, we will compensate customers $10 as the return shipping fee in the form of an exclusive coupon code:

1. The customer received the wrong item.

2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving (customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order).

Return Procedure

  1. Customer contacts us via email to initiate the return process and requests a return for their package.
  2. We respond to the customer’s email, providing instructions on how to proceed with the return process, including any requirements or conditions that must be met in order to return the product.
  3. The customer takes a photo of the package they wish to return, and attaches the photo to their email.
  4. We confirm that we have received the photo and verify that the package is in an acceptable condition for return.
  5. We provide the customer with any additional instructions or documentation needed to complete the return process, such as a return authorization number or a shipping label.
  6. The customer prepares the package for return, following our instructions and any packaging guidelines provided.
  7. The customer ships the package back to us using a carrier of their choice and at their own expense, unless otherwise specified.
  8. Once we receive the returned package and verify that it is in an acceptable condition, we process the return and issue a refund or exchange as appropriate.
  9. We notify the customer via email once the return has been processed, and provide any necessary follow-up information or support as needed.

Exchange Procedure

Cancellation Policy – Please read this carefully!

We want your order to be exactly as you envisioned it. Please carefully review your personalization, engraving, and special order information before submitting your order, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Orders for personalized, engraved, or special items will generally enter production 8 hours after payment is received. As such, cancellations after this time will incur a corresponding material and processing fee as follows:

1. 30% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made within 8 hours of placing the order.

2. 50% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made between 8 and 24 hours after placing the order.

3. 100% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made 24 hours after placing the order.
